Testo174T mini temperature data logger meets the requirements of EN 12830 and is HACCP-compliant, as well as having international HACCP certification, which means it is ideally suited for measurements in the food industry (e.g. for storage temperature measurement). Particularly practical: the data logger has water spray and jet Protection according to IP 65. This enables it to be left in the measuring location even when warehouses are being cleaned. The testo 175 H1 data logger measures, monitors and logs the temperature and relative humidity in buildings and closed rooms. The 175 H1 can monitor the indoor climate in buildings, storage facilities and archives and help create a comfortable climate in the workplace. 
 
The logger comes with an external humidity sensor (stub) for shorter reaction times and a lock to prevent it from being easily stolen or tampered with. 
 
In addition to the current temperature and humidity values, the logger can also log and display dew point values.  Other information including adjustable threshold values, breached thresholds and remaining battery power can also be read off the large, clear display.  
 
Security and comfort on all levels, The data logger testo 175 H1 ensures a high level of data security and reliable measurements based on leading-edge technology. It has a super-size memory that can save up to 1 million readings and an extended battery life of up to 3 years. This gives you the freedom to read out the data at longer intervals, even when the measuring cycles are shorter. The triple AAA batteries included in the scope of supply can be easily replaced by the user.

Testo 175 T2 temperature logger has an internal sensor and a connection for an external temperature probe. This means it is ideally suited for use when you do not just want to record the indoor air temperature, but also want to carry out another temperature check (e.g. a core temperature spot check).
This is practical when storing and processing food, amongst other things: measure the ambient conditions of your goods in storage areas and cold stores and at the same time check the temperature level of the goods themselves – for example with a penetration probe (optional). Temperature control in the gaps in the packages is also possible. The measurement results from both channels are securely stored in the temperature logger.

State-of-the-art measuring technology, high level of data security
The temperature probe, which is securely fitted into the data logger, is an NTC sensor with a high level of measuring accuracy (±0.5 °C). The internal temperature probe’s measuring range goes from -35 °C to +55 °C. This means the temperature data logger can also be easily used in cold stores or deep-freeze rooms.
The accuracy and measuring range of the NTC probe, which is an optional attachment, depend on the probe model selected. For example, measurements in higher temperature ranges (upto +120 °C) are also possible with the appropriate temperature probe.
You can read the current measuring values, min./max. values, set limit values, violations of limit values and remaining battery life on the temperature logger’s clear display. This means you can check the most important data at any time, without having to read out the temperature logger on the PC. Less frequent read-out of the data logger is also required for shorter measuring cycles. This is due to its large memory for up to 1 million readings and the battery life of up to 3 years. Users can replace the standard batteries (AAA) themselves at any time.
You can rely on a high level of data security when using the testo 175 T2 temperature logger. Saved measurement data will not be lost even when the battery is empty or being replaced.

You need software for programming and reading the temperature logger and analyzing measurement data on the PC. We offer three different software versions for you to choose from:

Testo 175 T3 temperature logger is equipped with two connections for external thermocouple probes (type T or type K). This means the data logger is ideally suited for carrying out temperature recording on two channels. This is for instance necessary, if you want to check that a heating system is working properly. To do this, the temperature logger measures the flow and return temperature simultaneously. The data logger can likewise be used in industrial production control, if process temperatures need to be checked at different locations.

State-of-the-art measuring technology, high level of data security
You can select the external thermocouple probes from our wide range of probes and order them to go with the data logger. This gives you flexibility and means you can decide yourself exactly what your temperature logger has to be capable of doing. The range we offer includes surface probes, air probes and immersion/penetration probes. The measuring range and accuracy depend on the thermocouple probes selected. In principle, it is possible to measure from -50 °C to +1,000 °C with an appropriate probe.
You can display the current measuring values, min./max. values, set limit values, violations of limit values and remaining battery life on the clear display. This means you have the opportunity to read important values at any time and do not need to resort to a read-out of the temperature logger on the PC straight away every time you want to do a quick data check.
The long battery life of up to 3 years and the large measurement data memory which records up to 1 million readings are particularly convenient for users: because only relatively infrequent reading of the temperature logger is needed, even with shorter measurement intervals. You can use standard batteries (AAA) to run the data logger and you can replace them yourself. Particularly practical when temperatures are to be recorded in a polluted and dust-laden environment: The temperature logger has protection against dust ingress as well as water spray and jets according to protection class IP 65.
Saved measurement data will not be lost even when the battery is empty or being replaced. You can therefore rely on a high level of data security when using the temperature logger.

Testo 176 T1 1-channel data logger for temperture is ideal for high-precision temperature monitoring. Its internal sensor records the indoor air temperature, e.g. in cold and deep-freeze storage facilities, continuously and reliably. Its sensor is a Pt100 temperature sensor, which means that the temperature is measured and documented with extreme precision. The Pt100 temperature sensor can achieve an accuracy of up to 0.2 °C.

This data logger for temperature has a large measurement data memory for up to 2 million readings. Temperature can therefore be monitored over a long period of time, without the need for frequent data logger read-out. Its battery life of up to 8 years also offers considerable advantages for long-term temperature monitoring and recording.

The testo 176 T1 temperature logger has a metal housing, which is an advantage for temperature monitoring especially in the industrial sector. The advantage of thermocouple probes is that they react very quickly and cover a large measuring range. For example, you can record particularly low temperatures (as low as -195 °C) using a temperature probe TC Type K – depending on the model selected – or you can even carry out high temperature measurements (up to +1,000 °C). Pressure data logger testo 176 P1 has an integrated sensor which measures absolute pressure precisely in the range from 600 mbar up to 1100 mbar.

Up to two temperature/humidity probes can be additionally connected to the 5-channel pressure data logger testo 176 P1. A wide selection of probes is available to you for this purpose.

The lock included in delivery protects your loggers from unauthorized access.

Security and convenience at all levels
The testo 176 P1 data logger for absolute pressure, temperature and humidity guarantees high data security and reliable measurement results on the basis of modern measurement technology.

When temperature/humidity probes are connected, the data logger also shows the dewpoint in the display, in addition to the current measurement values. You can read programmed limit values, min. and max. values, limit value violations as well as the remaining battery life easily from the large display. It is therefore not necessary to read out the data logger to a PC in order to gain a quick overview.

Thanks to the large memory for 2 million measurement values, and the battery lifetime of up to 8 years, you can read out the data much less often, even at a shorter measurement intervals. The standard battery (AA) can be easily exchanged at any time by the user.

Programming and evaluation of the data logger

For the purposes of programming and readout of your data logger, as well as the evaluation of the measurement data on a PC, you can choose between three software versions:

  1. ComSoft Basic software – available for free download – for the fast programming of the data logger as well as easy data analysis.
  2. ComSoft Professional software – optionally available – offers you different possibilities for the detailed analysis of absolute pressure, temperature and humidity values
  3. ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 software – optionally available – optimum for the special requirements of the pharmaceutical sector according to CFR 11 Part 11

To program this pressure data logger, you require a USB cable which is not included in delivery. Transfer of the saved measurement data from the data logger to a PC can also take place by USB cable or by an SD card. You can order both as optional accessories.

The clear software structure guides you intuitively through the process step by step. During input, it provides help at critical points through warnings. This means even inexperienced operators can use the software without any problem. The software thus enables even inexperienced users to carry out the measurement process easily.
