Testo 175 T2 temperature logger has an internal sensor and a connection for an external temperature probe. This means it is ideally suited for use when you do not just want to record the indoor air temperature, but also want to carry out another temperature check (e.g. a core temperature spot check).
This is practical when storing and processing food, amongst other things: measure the ambient conditions of your goods in storage areas and cold stores and at the same time check the temperature level of the goods themselves – for example with a penetration probe (optional). Temperature control in the gaps in the packages is also possible. The measurement results from both channels are securely stored in the temperature logger.

State-of-the-art measuring technology, high level of data security
The temperature probe, which is securely fitted into the data logger, is an NTC sensor with a high level of measuring accuracy (±0.5 °C). The internal temperature probe’s measuring range goes from -35 °C to +55 °C. This means the temperature data logger can also be easily used in cold stores or deep-freeze rooms.
The accuracy and measuring range of the NTC probe, which is an optional attachment, depend on the probe model selected. For example, measurements in higher temperature ranges (upto +120 °C) are also possible with the appropriate temperature probe.
You can read the current measuring values, min./max. values, set limit values, violations of limit values and remaining battery life on the temperature logger’s clear display. This means you can check the most important data at any time, without having to read out the temperature logger on the PC. Less frequent read-out of the data logger is also required for shorter measuring cycles. This is due to its large memory for up to 1 million readings and the battery life of up to 3 years. Users can replace the standard batteries (AAA) themselves at any time.

Testo 175 T3 temperature logger is equipped with two connections for external thermocouple probes (type T or type K). This means the data logger is ideally suited for carrying out temperature recording on two channels. This is for instance necessary, if you want to check that a heating system is working properly. To do this, the temperature logger measures the flow and return temperature simultaneously. The data logger can likewise be used in industrial production control, if process temperatures need to be checked at different locations.

State-of-the-art measuring technology, high level of data security
You can select the external thermocouple probes from our wide range of probes and order them to go with the data logger. This gives you flexibility and means you can decide yourself exactly what your temperature logger has to be capable of doing. The range we offer includes surface probes, air probes and immersion/penetration probes. The measuring range and accuracy depend on the thermocouple probes selected. In principle, it is possible to measure from -50 °C to +1,000 °C with an appropriate probe.
You can display the current measuring values, min./max. values, set limit values, violations of limit values and remaining battery life on the clear display. This means you have the opportunity to read important values at any time and do not need to resort to a read-out of the temperature logger on the PC straight away every time you want to do a quick data check.
The long battery life of up to 3 years and the large measurement data memory which records up to 1 million readings are particularly convenient for users: because only relatively infrequent reading of the temperature logger is needed, even with shorter measurement intervals. You can use standard batteries (AAA) to run the data logger and you can replace them yourself. Testo 176 T1 1-channel data logger for temperture is ideal for high-precision temperature monitoring. Its internal sensor records the indoor air temperature, e.g. in cold and deep-freeze storage facilities, continuously and reliably. Its sensor is a Pt100 temperature sensor, which means that the temperature is measured and documented with extreme precision. The Pt100 temperature sensor can achieve an accuracy of up to 0.2 °C.

This data logger for temperature has a large measurement data memory for up to 2 million readings. Temperature can therefore be monitored over a long period of time, without the need for frequent data logger read-out. Its battery life of up to 8 years also offers considerable advantages for long-term temperature monitoring and recording.

Choose one of three software versions to program or read out the temperature data logger or to analyze the measuring data obtained on the PC:

  1. Software ComSoft Basic– available for free downloading – allows you to program the temperature data logger and analyze the data quickly and easily
  2. Software ComSoft Professional– optional – provides you with additional possibilities and a more detailed analysis of the temperature values
  3. Software ComSoftCFR 21 Part11– optional – ideal for the special demands of the pharmaceutical sector in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11

You will need a USB cable (not included) to program the temperature data logger. The data can be transferred to the PC either via USB cable or SD card. Both are available as accessories which can be ordered along with testo 176 T4.
